Roof Restoration
Most roofs don't need replacing. They need restoring.
A roof that looks tired isn't necessarily finished. If the structure is sound, restoration brings it back for a fraction of replacement cost: every defect repaired, the surface pressure-cleaned back to its base, then primed and coated with a membrane system matched to the material.
We restore both metal and tile roofs. On metal that means treating corrosion, replacing failed fasteners, and coating with a system made for steel. On tile it means broken tiles swapped, ridges re-bedded and re-pointed, then the clean-prime-coat sequence. Either way the finish is a roof that sheds water properly and looks new from the street.

Inspect
Every sheet, tile, ridge, valley and flashing checked and photographed. The quote lists what we found — nothing generic.

Repair
Broken tiles, failed screws, rust spots, lifted flashings — fixed first. Coating over defects is how cheap restorations fail.

Clean
High-pressure wash strips decades of grime, lichen and chalking back to a sound base.

Prime
The right primer for the surface — steel and tile take different systems, and skipping this step is why coatings peel.

Coat
Protective membrane applied in even passes to full coverage. The roof leaves looking new because the layers under the colour were done right.

Straight answers
Restoration or replacement — how do I know?
Structure decides it. If the deck, battens and majority of the surface are sound, restoration wins on value. If the roof is structurally gone, coating it is throwing money away — the inspection tells us which side of the line you're on, and we'll show you the photos either way.
How long does a restored roof last?
A properly prepared and coated roof gives many years of service — preparation quality is the difference between a restoration that lasts and one that peels. Manufacturer product warranties apply to the coating systems we use; we'll confirm the specifics with your quote.
Can you change the roof colour during restoration?
Yes — colour change is one of the main reasons people restore. You choose from the coating range and see large samples before we commit.
